Rest & Renewal Collab Event!

Join us on August 14th at 5-7PM. Salsa City Fitness is collaborating with Rest & Renewal. R&R is place to come as you are, be as you are, and find comfort, healing, and community…helping you create space to take care of your body, mind, and soul! This event features yoga taught by Liza in the salt cave and a choice of 3 treatments (see below).

DRY SALT THERAPY (Halotherapy)? -Himalayan rock salt is anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory. MASSAGE CHAIR- Relax in our zero gravity massage chair! Perfect for when you are low on time, but desire high impact. This chair is complete with foot rollers and arm and leg compression to deliver a whole body massage experience in just 15 minutes.

RED LIGHT THERAPY- Using a handheld wand, LED light therapy is delivered in just 15 minutes. Red light therapy may reduce inflammation and stimulate collagen production, may reduce wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots, as well as stretch marks, improve facial texture, improve psoriasis, rosacea and eczema. It can also improve scars and sun-damaged skin.
